Holistic Performance will work closely with you to create healthier versions of foods that you currently eat and love, while introducing new ingredients and preparation methods that will maximize health benefits without sacrificing flavor. We prepare all meals to ensure maximal nutrient retention and
prevent the formation of advanced glycated end products by using proper cooking temperatures and oils. Ingredients are organic, of highest quality, and are carefully selected to create customized meals that are delicious and loaded with anti-inflammatory compounds and antioxidants. Meals can be created in your kitchen or prepared and delivered to your home 1-2 times/week, labeled with reheat instructions.

For the business traveler, vacationer or athlete on a road trip, Holistic Performance can recommend local restaurants and consult with them in advance to ensure the meals you eat while on the road are of high quality and nutritional value.

Meal creation will reflect comprehensive needs discussed during consultation and are designed to:

  • Work with all diet types, including but not limited to, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, ketogenic, etc.
  • Be rich in antioxidants and anti-inflammatory foods to combat oxidative stress and inflammation caused by daily stress and injury.
  • Avoid artificial preservatives, colors and processed carbohydrates attributed to inflammation and chronic diseases.
  • Promote a healthy gut microbiome by incorporating probiotic-rich foods.
  • Be delicious, convenient, labeled and have reheat instructions (if necessary).

Additionally, for the athlete, our meals:

  • Support building/maintaining muscle mass, and increase endurance, strength, and agility.
  • Reduce recovery time and decrease chances of injuries.
  • Integrate foods rich in Flavonoids and Quercetin to support VO2 max pathways to increase
    endurance.
  • Incorporate proteins that are richer in Branched-Chain Amino Acids to activate mTOR pathway for optimal recovery and protein synthesis.
  • Contain proper carbohydrate, protein and fat balance to meet daily physical demands of the athlete’s training regimen and sport.

Individualized Sports Drinks and Smoothies.

Many sports drinks consumed by individuals are loaded with artificial colors and preservatives that are contributing to an inflammatory state. Holistic Performance customizes Personalized Sports Electrolyte Drinks and Smoothie for pre-sport, in-sport, and recovery needs.
