As a competitive high school athlete, I was in great shape for the majority of my life. During my first year in college, my family and I lost our house and became homeless. During this difficult time, I was enrolled as a full-time student and worked two part-time jobs to help support my family. We did not have access to the healthy foods that I grew up eating, and I stopped exercising due to my intense school and work schedule. This caused me to gain over 85 pounds, develop multiple GI issues and battle chronic joint pain. Whether they are needing support for a health condition, positive self-image reassurance, or experiencing major difficulties in their lives, I see each client as an individual with specific needs. I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach and I work with each client’s unique nutritional needs to help them reach their goals. Whether it’s shedding a few minutes off of their marathon time, or providing the support they need for a chronic health condition, I provide customized nutritional support for each client.
